Welcome to Efficio (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using our web-based digital planner application (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Use of Service

Efficio grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the Service for personal use only. You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purposes. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

3. User Accounts

Efficio may offer premium features or services for a fee in the future. If you decide to subscribe, you will be informed of all applicable charges before confirming the purchase. Subscription terms, including duration and renewal options, will be clearly displayed. By confirming a purchase, you authorize recurring billing (if applicable) based on the selected subscription plan. Where applicable under Ukrainian law, you may be entitled to a refund within 14 days of your initial payment if you have not used the paid features.

All content, trademarks, service marks, and logos displayed on the Service are the property of Efficio or their respective owners. You are not granted any rights to use any of these without the prior written permission of Efficio or the respective owners.

6. User Content

By submitting or posting content (excluding personal data as defined in our Privacy Policy) on the Service, you grant Efficio a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, copy, modify, distribute, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the content that you submit and that such content does not violate any third-party rights.

Your continued use after the effective date will constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.
